PRACTICE POLICY UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19

Dear patients, 


In light of the current health situation all over the world, we like you to know our office is here to support you. We sincerely hope that you and your families are safe, healthy and finding comfort with your loved ones. The health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Our practice is following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), State of California and County Health Officials as we schedule patients. 


In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the current recommendations to practice social distancing, we have implemented a Tele-Medicine program so that we may continue to serve you during this difficult time. 

Kindly call our office first, and Dr. Arnold & Staff will determine the necessity of face-to-face or Tele-Medicine appointments on a case-by-case basis.

If you are given a face-to-face appointment, please make sure you are wearing an appropriate face mask during your entire visit. For everyone's safety, only patients are allowed in the office.  If necessary, one person may accompany the patient.  We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
